The total economic impact is estimated at $25.3 to 25.8 billion dollars to the area. Plus, within the next 10 years, the region will be home to 1 million square feet of business space and in the next 25 years, there will be upwards of 5 million square feet.
Surrounding the future location of Neocity, you will find plenty of options for sound real estate investments in both commercial and residential property. This is an up and coming area that will be highly desirable in the next few years.
