Denise’s specialty is in investment, second, and vacation homes, and she holds a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification, as well as a New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) Designation. She has worked hard to earn your trust and make sure she’s as knowledgeable as can be to help you with these massive decisions.
When Denise and her husband were moving their family from New Jersey to Central Florida in the late 90s, they decided on building their dream home. The process was…difficult, to say the least. While homeschooling their three daughters, they dealt with every issue under the sun in building their home – with a bit of luck and no small amount of patience, it worked out well and the Passerellos had a beautiful home for years to come.
Real Estate is a field Denise fell in love with and she has always been a people person – to the point she earned the nickname ‘Chatterbox’ from her school teachers – and helping people has always been one of her biggest joys. Real Estate offers her the chance to help guide people through one of the biggest financial decision in their lives, while meeting people from all over the world and making life-long connections. There are few things Denise loves more than helping a family find their dream home and seeing them in it, or helping someone sell a property that’s been holding them back for ages.
Denise’s goal is to help you to avoid as much stress as possible in this life changing experience. She makes it her top priority in every individual sale to ensure you as the client feel supported and understood throughout the whole process. She’s been told time and again that people are tired of being bossed around and having their needs ignored – regardless if you’re buying or selling a home, it is YOUR home, and whether you’re a business professional with an eternally packed schedule, a family with kids looking to branch out, or like Denise and her family – working hard at the office and at home, and relaxing with a movie or a baseball game (Go Rays!), Denise will always do her best to answer any questions you have, and help you with whatever you need.
