It all started with a passion for helping people. For Milena Valle, Founder and Broker of Viva Orlando, real estate isn't just about property—it's about helping clients build a better future.
When Milena moved from El Salvador to her new home in Orlando in 2006, she knew she had found a special place. She dove headfirst into the real estate world, mastering everything from mortgage financing to the unique market of Disney-area vacation homes and long-term rental investments.
Her expertise was truly forged in the fire of the 2008 financial crisis. While many saw uncertainty, Milena saw an opportunity to help investors from around the globe secure their foothold in the Central Florida market. This period solidified her reputation as a savvy and trustworthy guide.
In 2014, with seven years of top-tier experience, she founded
Viva Orlando Realty, Inc. to bring her client-first vision to life. As her clients' needs evolved, so did her business. By 2016, she launched
Viva Orlando Rentals, LLC to provide the five-star property management and rental services her clients were asking for.
